Oh we celebrated our 2nd year anniversary on Monday. How cool is that? With fireworks yet again this year, all thanks to the Moomba festival. Love you babe!

Part of me wants to leave, and part of me wants to stay.

That reminds me. I have to start packing now. And seriously, 20kgs is not enough, arrrghhh! My stupid jackets already weigh a tonne. And my nine pairs of new shoes? Damn! I just hate MAS sometimes. Or any airline companies for that matter!

My proudest achievement this holidays? Collecting the whole Sophie Kinsella, Cecelia Ahern, Mitch Albom series. And I'm done reading the whole Shopaholic series plus 'Can You Keep A Secret' and 'Undomestic Goddess'. Also with Cecelia Ahern's 'PS I Love You' and 'Where Rainbows End'. Now, four books more to go and I'm done! So damn proud of myself. I know, everyone reads, but I don't ok? So this itself is already an achievement! And because I read, daddy's gonna love me more. Wait till he finds out how bimbotic those books are!

That probably explains why I shop so much more these days. And also the reason why this blog is dead.

Who doesn't have Facebook? Goodness, if you don't, you can seriously go...bang your head on the wall. Cough cough. Yenshan's still refusing to get Facebook. He's not cool enough!

You know what happens when you stop updating regularly? You have too many photos to post, too much to talk about, so much that you just give up blogging altogether. Not only that, you also give up on reading other peoples' blogs. And guess what? Work does that to people. All of a sudden, your number one priority in life becomes your tasks at work. Second, sleep. And then you think of your social life.

Thank goodness I'm finally catching up with friends again. So good to finally meet the high school gang again after sooooo long!!!

And I finally managed to sweat for the first time in a long long time. As in having the sweat drip from my forehead, plus the messy hair. Played badminton today with the high school gang. Ah, reliving our high school favourite activity. Gosh I miss those days. And tmr we're all finally meeting up for dinner after what seems like a year now???

And I've cut my hair short. Really really short. It's used to be bop bop and now, mum calls me boy boy. Wtf.

Korea trip (18th December to 25th December)

The Korea trip was tonnes of fun. Went with my parents and uncle's family.

I honestly don't remember most of the names of places I've visited. Either the names are too complex or it's just me. I don't really bother remembering names of places I go to when I'm on tour. Tours being tours, they charge exhorbitant prices, yet at the same time, they bring us to all the best places and we obviously got to cover all of Korea's famous places. So it's a win-win situation.

Up the mountains. Aunty Jenny, Uncle Charles and myself made it only halfway while the rest of the clan trottered all the way up to the peak to see the beautiful view of the whole of Cheju Island.

The trip obviously got me closer to my little cousins as the three of us shared a room. They're really adorable and I have no idea why, but all my young cousins seem to love me and look up to me alot. When we were at Lotte World, a theme park, both of them fought to sit with me on all the rides. Hahaha...so cuteee...Laetitia, who's only six, aspires to be a singer and dancer when she grows up. Or rather, she'd like to do it when she's still young. OMG...she's already attending singing lessons and ballet. Look at the way she poses in photos. She's like some glam kid! And her parents dress her up in RM500 jackets! I don't remember myself ever being this lucky. Buuhuuu...

Since we were on tour, the most dreadful thing was to get up early every morning. We get morning calls at 7.30am!!! Not something I'd appreciate when I'm on a holiday but oh well, it's all worth it, 'cos we got to visit really nice places. Brendan was really cute one morning. He woke up while I was washing my face in the bathroom.

He came to me and said:

"Che...so weird la...I woke up on my own at night!".

And I couldn't quite understand:

"Huh? When did you wake up???"

Then he brought me to the window, opened the curtains and pointed at the sky.

"Look! It's still night time and I'm awake already!"

And then I got what he meant.

"No Brendan, it's already 7.45am!!! Go get yourself changed! The sky is still dark 'cos the sun hasn't come out"

"How come?"

"It comes out late in winter!"

"No la...you must be kidding!!!"

And he hurries back to the bed and I had to tickle him awake.

So cute right? He reminded me of myself when I was younger. Morning to me was only when the sun was out and I would refuse to believe my maid when she said it was morning at 6.30am! How cute!

He's only seven btw. And he speaks English with some angmoh slang. Must have got it from mixing with their Canadian childhood friends. Funny, I don't know how he would survive in a Chinese school when I haven't heard him speak a single sentence of Chinese!

People in Korea really dress up wherever they go. They never leave their house even slightly ungroomed. In the cold winter of about 1 degree celcius, you can see girls walking around in skirts! Totally unbelieveable, the lengths at which they'd go through just to look good. That's why fashion there is classy to the nines and at the same time, trendy. According to my shopaholic aunt, Koreans and Japanese start trends which will later on be emulated in other parts of the world. They set the basics of what should be in style before the idea gets around. How cool! If only they were cheaper, I'd have bought so many more things.

There's this place called Dongdaemun which sells all the nicest stuffs ever. But...so expensive! Grrrr...Their cheapest jacket could go up to RM1,500. Hmmm...so sad...this is why they say, when you're on holiday, you should never convert! In the end...I ended up with only four jackets which of course, were cheaper! I can't wait for winter in Melbourne to finally be able to wear them!

In Korea, alot of Koreans mistook me for a Korean and it's so frustrating when all of them spoke to me in Korean. And I'd say I don't understand and they just brush me off rudely, thinking I'm a Korean who doesn't even know her own language. WTF! The only reason I blend in with them is because of my small eyes which are almost non-existent and probably the fair skin. Hmmm...

Plastic surgery is something quite well-accepted in Korea. Usually, the girls get their first ever surgery once they turn 18, as a gift from their parents. And later on, they'd get another one, sponsored by their bf. Seems like a tradition there. How weird. And I must say, they really really look great! Haha...

World's best and tallest cone ice-cream. Super duper yummy!

Revolutionary popcicles. Ice-cream which taste damn good and are fun to eat! The chocolate flavoured ones were so tasty I could finish two at once!

Everytime my family travels, we make it a point to try all the ice-creams in foreign countries 'cos ice-creams everywhere taste different. like, in Japan, they had the famous mochi ice-cream. In Korea, they have famous wafered ice-creams. Taste so damn good. I love ice-creams! Which probably is why I've put on a couple of pounds of late. Ouch!

We arrived back in Malaysia at around 12 am on Christmas day. The most amazing thing was watching some small scale fireworks from the plane. How funny that it seemed much lower when you're watching from the plane.

Very memorable trip, thanks to the amazing company we had.

22 months = 2 months to 2 years!

Woah! Today is a very very very special date for myself and the bf (refer to the title). Happy 22nd month baby! I knew we would last! Haha...it's all due to patience on HIS part and erm...heaps and heaps of love on MY part. I know it's not been easy dealing with me. I have the temper of a tiger and I've probably done some things which I'm not proud of to even talk about now, but yet, throughout it all, we've still maintained our very strong bond and I honestly believe that is all that matters. Who cares about the ordeals we had to face in order to achieve this lasting relationship, when what we have is already one that is tighter than ever and would put matrimony to shame!

Last month's anniversary spent at The Apartment

Quite a nice place! I know we're a bit outdated, but when the place first opened, we were in Melbourne. So, it's not too late to go right? There are more photos which I'd upload soonish!

The place had a great ambience , very sexy, very homey, yet romantic at the same time. We chose to sit at the bathroom section just to see how far we'd go without vomitting. And not bad, we made it through the whole dinner. The menu's really creative, using graph paper and a clipboard. Food wasn't that good, but I guess the decorations made up for it. And the prices were reasonable too!

Ooooohhh...I've been addicted to donuts eversince I tried Big Apple and J Co's. So finger-licking good. And definitely beats Krispy Kreme flat! KK is too fricking sweet! My parents who are not donut-lovers also reckon J Co's is the bomb! Imagine, my daddy queueing up 30 minutes for 2 dozens of donuts which he'll devour in a day! Crazy! But of course, with our help la!

And yesterday, my super amazing office directors planned a get-together lunch for all of us in BTC group C. They catered really good food for us and of course, bought Big Apple donuts for us too! See? This is why I enjoy working there. We're all taken care of so well. Hehe...

You know, I haven't had the time to blog at all! Work takes up nine hours of my life everyday. Plus the drive home takes an extra two hours. Yes, blame the backside Malaysian traffic jam. The jam is horrible especially when it's raining! And because of all that driving, I've learnt to drive like a true blue Malaysian. Overtake, switch lanes, speed like mad and please don't get me started on how Malaysian I am when it comes to using the brakes! It's not that I am not proud of my own roots. It's just that, I made a vow to never ever drive like a Malaysian. See how far that got me? And Yenshan complained that my driving makes him sick. Haha...

Guess what I do when I'm extremely bored? I play! ON THE ROAD!

Firstly, I've been hooked on Fly FM. I reckon they play the best songs these days. So, as I listen to the songs on the radio, I play the drumming beats with my.............BRAKES! Yeah man, and I totally love the expressions on the faces of the drivers behind me! Damn funny! They're like stupidly wondering what this girl's doing, braking HARD so many times. And I tell you, I don't brake mildly. I do it in such a way the car comes to a total halt and moves forward and backward! Hahahahaha! And then the drivers behind my car keep a distance. OMFG...super the funny! But you can only do that when there's a jam...which is practically everyday.

Disclaimer: I hope my slight revelation here wouldn't get me into trouble. At least I only do it when I know it's safe to do so. It sucks having nothing to do and noone to talk to on your 1.5hr drive home.

Yeeeeediot! It'd be a smooth sailing 20 minutes drive if it weren't for the jam! I know when I said 1.5hrs, some people will be thinking I live in Genting or Malacca or something. Hahahaha! My ass!

Oh anyway, I was supposed to be talking about work, not the jam. Well, work has been very very fun! I've got great seniors who teach you with a smile. They give us the type of work which associates do on a regular basis and really put you on the job. No discrimination against interns whatsoever. I guess when it comes to work, it all depends on your superiors and the people around you. For that, I'd say working at my department has been fantabulous! So sad that it's all coming to an end so soon. part of me wants to stay, but part of me does not want to go through the stupid jam every single day. So yeah...conflicting personalities.

Lately, I've been reading like mad. I'm totally turning into a nerd or bookworm. I carry my storybooks with me wherever I go. Shopping malls, holiday, office, manicure/pedicure sessions, toilet, room. Everywhere I go, the book follows. How crazy! I bought the whole collection of the Shopaholic series and all of Cecilia Ahern and Mitch Albom's books and I've been hooked to reading ever since! I never knew reading could be so fun!

Well, I haven't blogged about alot of things. Here's the list:

Hola everybody!

I'm all geared up for the festive season. As proof, I've got my nails all done prettily to suit the christmasy mood. Woohoo!

And my toenails are nothing much to shout about. Just painted them Electric Blue and no artsy fancy stuffs.

Well, I won't be blogging for a long time so don't miss me! For now, just some pictures to make up for that!

He's made me the happiest girl for the longest time ever and I love him so so so much for what he sees in me and for believing in me. He knows every inch of me and he is what defines me. No one else can reach this part of my soul and it's reserved only for him. Never will I let go of this bond which holds us together, and forever I shall lock myself in your arms and be yours!

Ah, I'm so gonna miss my dearest bf. It'd be such a major contrast from our norm, where we spend almost every minute with each other back in Melbourne, or see each other everyday in Malaysia. So, tell me, how am I gonna stand not seeing him for the next 8 days?? It sucks you know? Not being able to be with him on Christmas eve. But well, it at least made me treasure all the moments that I spend with him. Especially tomorrow which is gonna be my last day here *sobs* I wonder how people handle long-distance relationships. I admire their strength! And I believe that their bond must be so unbreakable to be able to withstand the distance. And therefore, I must be strong and not cry over the fact that I'll be away for 8 days. It's only 8 days afterall. But yeah, I did cry like a baby just now. How embarrassing!

That's my current favourite song! It's playing over and over and over again in my car. All thanks to Yenshan who burnt that CD full of crap songs, minus this song. So I had no other choice but to place this song on repeat, and trust me, the more you listen to the song, the more addicted you get to it! Haha...and you know how much I love to repeat my favourite songs. Yeah, I am that crazy! Back in my prime days (referring to days when music was still music, not noise!), I'd go crazy over a particular song (i.e. Westlife, Christian Wunderlich, Blue, etc.), then I would buy the CD, programme them on the Hi-Fi to my favourite tracks and have them repeat all the way from day until night, and night until the very next day. Yes, even when I'm asleep. And that annoyed the hell out of my parents. Like totally! Oh, come to think of it, I haven't bought any CDs in a long long time. And Westlife's new album is out! Geee...

Watch the video. it's really sad. I'd hate to ever be in that position. Where I like a guy who doesn't see me or notice me. Awww...that's really sad. To admire from afar. Just like how I USED (and please place extra emphasis on that word or Yenshan would so kill me) to be very much in love with Ian Thorpe. Hahaha...

Anyway, I'm done packing. Ah, tomorrow is the day I leave for Korea. How sad to be away during the festive season. Away from my baby...sobs...so gonna miss him...But not to fret, I'll be back on Christmas morning, just in time to see him and kiss under the mistletoe. Oh, and I can't wait to go skiing. Whheeeee...gain all the experience I can now, then go ski again in Melbourne next winter. Haha!

So, tomorrow will be my last day at work for the next 10 days or so. Applied for a long long leave and I hope I don't get screwed by the manager when I come back on the 27th, but they all seem so nice to even do something like that! I love work. Never have I imagined I'd look forward to work so much, having a reason to wake up in the morning, and being all excited to go to work. Even the morning traffic doesn't get to me so much. I'm beginning to enjoy driving to work, beating the ass of those asses on the road who can't seem to understand road manners and the use of left or right signals/indicators. Bloody Malaysian drivers.

But it's ok...I have my wonderful seniors and colleagues to look forward to at work. They're all so helpful and fun people. All around my age so we can talk about anything under the sun! How wonderful! Especially Lydia, haha...we've got heaps in common and so much to share with each other. BTC group C wouldn't have rocked my world so much had it not been for you babes! I've made a pledge to return and work for EY next time. I hope! And be back in Group C again. Haha...

So, life's been good. No hiccups at all and I am absolutely enjoying my stay in Malaysia. I'm happy with everything life has dealt me with. Happy with my results which I'd say I didn't deserve, but thanks to my heavenly Daddy up above, He made sure everything's in order for me. The bf's been great to me but he's been exceptionally annoying for the past few weeks, in a rather cute way of course! The lady and the tramp, how cute!

And I've been brushing up on my reading skills. I know, I'm such a slow reader that my study rate is much slower than my peers, and I decided I had to do something about it. And so, I've been reading books. Just finished PS. I Love You and now I'm on to Where Rainbows End. Both books are beautifully written by Cecelia Ahern. I love her books! She's absolutely talented, her stories are so heart-warming and so appealing to girls my age. And btw, Cecelia Ahern happens to be the sister of Georgina Ahern, who's actually Nicky Byrne's (Westlife member) wife. So, to cut the long story short, Cecelia is Nicky's sister-in-law. Haha...

It's been 21 months since the day we got together. Wow...how time just flies. It's been a very long journey with you and I am excited about what the future holds for us. I have no doubt that in time, we will learn to be the perfect partners for each other. Love conquers it all, haven't they always said that?

So hello people...yes I know I've been absent for the longest time ever!!! Updates on my life so far.

I've started my internship at Ernst & Young and it has been great so far, minus the endless gruelling trainings they put us through. That's just for the tax department as you've gotta learn all the warious steps of tax computation. Haha...don't wanna bore you now, would I?

The bf is also working together here at EY. There're only 4 guys out of 26 interns in the tax department, and Yenshan is the only one posted under my sub-group...imagine, the only guy out of 12 girls perhaps? How sad...At the lunch tables, he's always so lost and alone while the girls chatter on and on. It's really fun working so do try it people! Love my colleagues and seniors. All wonderful people!

So much to say, but so little time.

Tonight we're gonna celebrate somewhere, I dunno where. But I requested for The Apartment so...maybe there? =) And last night he stayed over at my place. Ah, nice!

That's all people. Just something to kill my temporary boredom.

And I'm leaving for Korea next Monday. Someone help me watch the bf. Lol...

The photocopier cum printer is my best friend now. I know it inside out. Le sigh...

Viva la Summer

Hey everyone! I'm back in KL and it's been great so far! Truly enjoyed myself and I've been busy every minute of the day up until now.

Touched down on Tuesday. Nothing beats seeing my parents together with Yenshan's parents at the arrival lounge awaiting our arrival. The first hugs are always the sweetest. Supermazingly special! And obviously, the first meal will always have to be mamak! Something we always miss when we're in Melbourne 'cos it's impossible to find any of it there!

Wednesday and Thursday were spent doing beauty therapy. First, did my manicure and pedicure and of course my feet treatment. Something which I really need now since I walk too much in Melbourne. I love those pampering sessions but it's not like nobody doesn't so...haha! And also, I did my hair. Changed my hairstyle once again! Haha! It's now shorter, plus I rebonded it. And also coloured it BLACK! Haha...totally unexpected change on my part but oh well, takes a while to get used to it I guess?

Yesterday was daddy's and mummy's 25th year wedding anniversary and we had a quiet celebration, just the family. Dad initially wanted to take us to Pavilion but we ended up in Sunway Pyramid due to the 'protests' and 'demonstration' going on in KL. Ah...Had dinner at Tony Roma's and it was great! I love my family and I'd choose spending time with them over anything else in the world. That's the way it should be, isn't it? =)

After dinner, the four of us headed to Red Box for our karaoke session. It's fun fun fun all the way till after midnight for us.

And this morning, I woke up really early (9am!!!) to support my Taekwondo team's tournament. I must say the team's expanded so much now it's so hard to keep track of who's who. But it was great seeing everyone again. Love them all except for some people who always always always pick on me. Grrrr...

And btw people, after years of talking about the switch, I've finally gotten myself a new blog. www.priscz.blogspot.com. Will let you know once I move there, 'cos right now, I'm still figuring how to use that thing. Haha!

I've got heaps of pictures to upload but it's too hard to do them all at once. So busy!!! Plus I'm starting work on the 3rd. Wish me luck!
